  • While we encourage retailers to develop their own sales platforms, we understand that selling through various online marketplaces can be part of a healthy business strategy.
  • Retailers must comply with the terms of service and policies of any sales channel they use.
• Prohibited Practices:
  • Purchasing items for personal use under a wholesale account is strictly prohibited.
  • Reselling is prohibited to other wholesalers
• Account Approval and Order Acceptance:
  • We reserve the right to review and approve wholesale account applications to ensure alignment with our brand and business objectives.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these terms, or other legitimate business reasons.
