2006 OMEGA SEAMASTER DIVER 300M CO‑AXIAL GMT – 2535.80.00

This rarely seen GMT version of Omega’s Seamaster Co-Axial is presented with its original display box, operations manual, warranty card, proof of purchase, chronometer certification and the Omega ‘Pictograms’ card. The vendor advises the watch is in good working order and was recently serviced and refurbished – grading it ‘A’ for condition. The images appear consistent with that assessment, showing light signs of wear on the case and bracelet.

Finished in brushed stainless steel, this 2006 Seamaster Co-Axial is Omega’s riposte to two of Rolex’s most iconic references, the Submariner and GMT-Master II, in one watch. Measuring 41mm in diameter, this particular model of Seamaster features a unique version of the reference 2535.80.00’s wave-patterned blue dial thanks to an additional red-finished GMT hand that completes one full rotation of a second time zone every 24 hours. The rest of the watch, however, is classic Seamaster Professional with a unidirectional blue bezel, a date window at three o’clock, and luminous applied hour markers that provide the wearer with superior legibility. This Omega Seamaster’s sea-dwelling credentials are underlined by its water resistance to a depth of 300 metres and its helium escape valve positioned on the case at 10 o’clock. The watch’s stainless steel bracelet is finished in a blend of brushed and polished surfaces and comes fitted with a foldover clasp.

The reference’s Omega 2628 calibre is visible through the rear viewing crystal. This co-axial automatic movement is chronometer-certified and has a power reserve of 48 hours.

Omega has been producing the Seamaster since 1948 and it has since become one of the brand’s most-loved references thanks to its hardy character and underwater capabilities
