1926-D 5C MS65 PCGS. The smooth fields and satiny luster of this coin are indicative of an early die state, which is an attribute seldom awarded to the 1926-D. Light champagne color graces each side, with a few tiny, scattered russet freckles. There is slight strike softness in the very center of each side, but the definition is far above normal for this often poorly struck Denver issue.
