1894 5C PR67 Cameo PCGS. The proof 1894 nickel (struck to the extent of 2,632 pieces) is a generally well-made issue, but due to improper handling and storage, high-grade survivors are in short supply, and remarkably few have been awarded a Cameo designation. This Superb Gem Cameo displays a thin veneer of champagne color over deeply luminous surfaces. The design features are well-defined and both sides are nearly pristine. Population: 6 in 67 (1 in 67+) Cameo, 0 finer (6/14).
