1795 $1 Flowing Hair, Two Leaves, B-4, BB-14, R.4, VF25 PCGS. The so-called “Hidden Star” variety, with star 15 fully below the point of Liberty’s bust. Each side displays smooth lilac-gray and gunmetal patina, with only a few adjustment marks, seen in the lower left periphery. A small planchet defect at the corner of Liberty’s eye gives the impression of a teardrop. A pleasing Two Leaves type coin.
