4. Order Processing and Handling Time
  • Maximum Handling Time:
    We strive to process and dispatch your order within 1 business day after the order is placed.

  • Cut-Off Time:
    Orders placed by 2:00 PM local time (Eastern Time) on business days will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Note:
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


5. Shipping Timeframe
  • Domestic Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipment via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.

  • International Shipping:
    Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
